David is involved in investment strategy, capital formation and portfolio management for Core Spaces. Prior to joining the Firm, he was the Chief Investment Officer for CA Student Living and portfolio manager of its open-ended fund. David also draws upon experience from previous roles in both real estate investment management at Walton Street Capital and investment advisory at Aon focused on portfolio construction, product development, market intelligence and capital relationships. 

David earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance and Accounting, from Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
