Mr. Bossle has close to 28 years of experience and leads the Private Equity team at Leste. Prior to joining Leste, Mr. Bossle was Managing Director at Ascensus Group where he actively engaged in steering the company toward international expansion. This role follows a similar trajectory to his accomplishments in an SFO, CETIP Auto Financial Business and GRV, where he served as CEO. At the SFO, Mr. Bossle spearheaded the development of the firm, propelling the holding company to a growth rate exceeding 60%. Some notable achievements during this period include the strategic hiring of key professionals, the establishment of a new strategic plan transforming the organizational culture, and the initiation of a governance overhaul, including the implementation of a Professional Board.
